Step 1: ask this community for help. You will find "Welcome, how can we help?" section on the homepage of this community - below is a screenshot.

Once you ask a question here, the akamai community manager will ensure that someone is assigned to look into and respond to your question within a day's time. During weekends you can expect some delay in responses.
