Not already using SSO? mPulse Akamai Single Sign-On Migration

New Luna Logins sent out on 7/21/17

Login to your new Luna account and change your password on Friday 7/21/17!

  • Needed for Community and Support access. NOT for mPulse login.

Starting 8/4/17 you can use the new mPulse login URL

You are likely aware that SOASTA was acquired by Akamai in April. This is exciting news for us and you as we have lots of plans to make mPulse and Akamai better together!

Starting on 7/24, you will need a Luna Login to access Support and Help. If you don’t already have an Akamai Luna login, you will receive one on Friday 7/21.

This will enable you to access Luna for Support and all the documentation and help you previously found on our CloudLink community. If you are already an Akamai customer with a Luna login, you can use your existing login.

In order to integrate mPulse into Akamai we need to update the mPulse login process to Akamai’s single sign on system. This migration will be happening on 8/3/17

What does this mean for you? Your mPulse Login experience will be changing in the following ways.

On 7/21/17:

  • You will get an email with credentials and a temporary password for Akamai Luna on 7/20. You will need this account to access the mPulse Community and Support through Luna. (Formerly  SOASTA CloudLink). You will NOT need this account to login to mPulse.  For details on the email go to mPulse Akamai Single Sign-On Migration

Since your company is already using single sign-on for mPulse, if you’re not already you can begin using your existing mPulse IdP URL to login to mPulse now. If you are already using your own IdP URL, you can continue to use it.

To find this, in mPulse go to Central -> Company Settings -> Single Sign-On. There you will see the IdP Initiated URL. This link will take you through your own SSO login and then directly to mPulse.

If you don’t have access to Company Settings, contact your mPulse Administrator for the URL.

If you have questions, please contact us at or via the in-app chat.

I will update you when we have the exact date for the migration.

Thank you for your flexibility and patience during this exciting transition.
