We are excited for our ongoing relationship with the organization and to share with you the integration with mPulse into Akamai!

mPulse has been integrated with the Akamai Luna Control Centre via single sign on. When you login next, most of you will see the new Akamai Login screen. All mPulse users will now have Luna Control Centre login credentials that you may have received if you didn’t already have an account before. Going forward, whatever login screen you see, use your new Luna Login credentials to login.

For new Luna Control Centre logins, look for an email from dl-noreply - for your login credentials. If you don’t see an email in your inbox/spam or junk folder like the example below, please contact the User admin on your account or send an email to to help get you started.

When you navigate to or, you will be redirected to an Akamai sign in page that looks like this:

Please login with you Luna credentials and logging in on this page will take you into the mPulse application.

For users who don’t remember their Luna Control Centre passwords, you can click on the forgot reset password option on the Luna Control Centre login page to reset it or send an email to and we will be glad to help you.

With this change, all new user creation requests will be done directly from Luna by an admin user on the account. Please contact your existing Akamai Luna User Administrator to have users added, OR to change your new Luna account permissions to a User Administrator.

For User administrators creating users on Luna for the first time, please refer to this article for the steps to create users / roles

The other way to access mPulse is through the Akamai Luna Portal at

Once you have logged in you can access mPulse through the menus at the top by selecting Monitor -> Performance Analytics.

If, your company is already using single sign-on for mPulse and you’re not already; you can begin using your existing mPulse IdP URL to login to mPulse now. If you are already using your own IdP URL, you can continue to use it.

To find this, in mPulse go to Central -> Company Settings -> Single Sign-On. There you will see the IdP Initiated URL. This link will take you through your own SSO login and then directly to mPulse.

If you don’t have access to Company Settings, contact your mPulse Administrator for the URL.

For our POC customers, please use this URL to access mPulse with your existing mPulse login credentials.

If you have questions, please contact us at or via the in-app chat. You may also create a support ticket with us from Luna.
