Already using Single Sign-on in mPulse? mPulse Akamai Single Sign-On Migration - Current SSO users

New Luna Logins sent out on 7/21/17

Login to your new Luna account and change your password on Friday 7/21/17!

  • Needed for Community and Support access. NOT for mPulse login.

Start using your Luna Login for mPulse on 8/4/17

Starting on 7/24, you will need a Luna Login to access Support and Help. If you don’t already have an Akamai Luna login, you will receive one on Friday 7/21. This will enable you to access Luna for Support and all the documentation and help you previously found on our CloudLink community. If you are already an Akamai customer with a Luna login, you can use your existing login.

In order to integrate mPulse into Akamai we need to update the mPulse login process to Akamai’s single sign on system. This migration will be happening towards the end of July, and after this migration you will use your Akamai Luna login to login to mPulse as well.

What does this mean for you?

On 7/21/17:

  • You will get an email with credentials and a temporary password for Akamai Luna on 7/20. You will need this account to access the mPulse Community and Support through Luna. (Formerly  SOASTA CloudLink). You will NOT need this account to login to mPulse.

Once we complete the migration to Luna Login for mPulse on 8/4/17 your mPulse Login experience will be changing in the following ways:

Important Note! All user creation will now need to occur via Luna. Please contact your existing Akamai Luna User Administrator to have users added, OR to change your new Luna account permissions to a User Administrator.

On 7/21/17 you will receive an email from noreply@akamai.com with a link for you to reset your password. The email will be plain text and look like this:

like this:

Starting on August 8, 2017 when you navigate to https://mpulse.soasta.com/ or https://mpulse.soasta.com/concerto/Login, you’ll be redirected to an Akamai sign in page that looks like this:

Logging in on this page will take you into the mPulse application.

The other way to access mPulse will be through the Akamai Luna Portal at https://control.akamai.com.

Once you have logged in you can access mPulse through the menus at the top by selecting Monitor -> Performance Analytics.

Thank you for your flexibility and patience during this exciting transition.
