mPulse has been integrated with the Akamai Luna Control Centre via single sign on. When you login you will see the Akamai Login screen shown below. All mPulse Enterprise users have Luna Control Centre login credentials.  Note: a small number of companies going through a POC may not be using Luna.  If so, you can log in using credentials provided by the Akamai team at

If you didn’t already have a Luna account, new Luna users will get an email from dl-noreply <> with your login credentials. If you don’t see an email in your inbox/spam or junk folder like the example below, please contact the User admin on your account or send an email to to help get you started.

When you navigate to you will be redirected to an Akamai sign in page that looks like the image below.  Please login with your Luna credentials, which will take you into the mPulse application.

For users who don’t remember their Luna Control Centre passwords, you can click on the forgot reset password option on the Luna Control Centre login page to reset it or send an email to and we will be glad to help you.

Adding Users

With this change, all new user creation requests will be done directly from Luna by an admin user on the account. Please contact your existing Akamai Luna User Administrator to have users added, or to change your new Luna account permissions to a User Administrator.  For User administrators creating users in Luna for the first time, please go here.

Logging in from Luna

If you are logged directly into Luna you can access mPulse is through the Akamai Luna Portal at

Once you have logged in you can access mPulse through the menus at the top by selecting Monitor -> Performance Analytics.

Using your own SSO Provider

If your company is already using single sign-on for mPulse you can continue using your existing mPulse IdP URL to login.

To find this, in mPulse go to Central -> Company Settings -> Single Sign-On. There you will see the IdP Initiated URL. This link will take you through your own SSO login and then directly to mPulse.

If you don’t have access to Company Settings, contact your mPulse Administrator for the URL.

If you have questions, please contact us at or via the in-app chat. You may also create a support ticket with us from Luna.
