I have currently a website which not using. Is there anyway I can remove it from Akamai?
The simplest way is to update your DNS so you are not CNAME'd to Akamai. That will stop website traffic passing through the Akamai network.
If you wish to completely de-provision a site from Akamai, the steps are a little more complex.
The first step is to update your DNS entries so that any hostnames included in your configuration are not CNAME to Akamai. Once this is done and we are satisfied that there is no incoming traffic, you should de-activate the configuration from the Production and Staging networks. The next step is to delete the configuration from the Propertly Manager groups list using the gear icon.
If there are issues with any of the step I would recommend reaching out to your Customer Service Manager for your account who can assist.
