Rate control to match against null user-agent

Hi All,

Is there a way to define a rate control matching against a null user-agent i.e. to enforce rate control against BAD BOTS? Primarily targeting general purpose automated scripts like those made by "Script Kiddies" could be easily blocked, so as to filter noise & to focus attention on more serious offenders.

I know we can match against a list of user agent or not match against one i.e. a negative match, but I am more interested in matching against any request without a user-agent specified & dropping the traffic.

Is that an option?

Thanks & regards,
