Receiving a Bad Gateway error if a generated report contain a lot of data. Is there a timeout value I can change to fix this?
if the reason for your gateway error is a timeout because it takes longer than usual to fetch this data from the backend/origin, then you may consider increasing the so-called 'HTTP read timeout' value. Typically this is set to 120 sec by default and you may use the following Property Manager behavior to increase the value selectively for certain URLs:

I use the Read Timeout behavior with the maximum time (599 seconds). It's possible increase this time to more? (1200 seconds).
Using seconds, minutes, time or day, the maximum timeout value is 599 seconds.
I think this limitation can be overcome, but this is not available through self-service. In other words, Akamai can make changes to this beyond the limit of 10 minutes. Please reach out to your Akamai account team.
