Edge Redirector Cloudlet

One of our user encountered disabled button for "Create New Version" in Edge Redirector Cloudlet and when open one existing Policy version, no details can be viewed. What is weird is that, this problem only happened on his PC. When he tried to login his account to other PC, it works. I don't think it has something to do with his browser settings. Though he tried it to all of his browsers but still no good. Once he created a new version to other PC, then everything will be normal again on his own PC - Can be viewed the details on existing version and "create new version" button is enabled.

 

Can you give us some thought about this weird issue? Thanks in advance.
