Start Time Error

Using several different devices and experiencing the same problem, I’ve come to a conclusion that there is a disconnect between the archive scheduled start time listed in Akamai Packaged Live Stream Events and the actual start time when accessing the stream in our web site video portal. Last Sunday, we successfully streamed a church service and after the stream terminated, set an appropriate start time for the event. At that point, the archived program could be accessed without any difficulty. Last night, I ran a short stream test, which was appended to the archived event. Now when the original event is accessed, the program starts at the beginning of the appended test rather than at the scheduled start time. Is there anything that can be done to correct this situation?
