Signature mismatch error response when activating property manager configuration

I am getting a 401 denied, with a signature mismatch error when I am trying to activate a property manager configuration. I am able to get the warnings from API and I am posting back with acknowledgeWarnings data which is when API is throwing a 401 error. 


Any thoughts on what is causing this issue?
