Unable to access the Cloud test lite.

Hi,

 

After restaring the Cloudtest lite, we are unable to access the user follow and got the below error message.

 

HTTP Status 404 - /concerto

 

type Status report

 

message /concerto

 

description The requested resource (/concerto) is not available.

 

JBossWeb/2.0.1.GA

 

Can you please help me how to resolve this problem.

 

Note: If we are unable to use the existing cloudtest lite, We wil uninstall the Cloudtest lite and then reinstall the tool. Can you please let me know how to take the old scripts back up with out login in to user flow (unable to access the user). Once we re-install the tool then upload the old scripts.
