when I Recorded in my home wifi it is ok ,but when i recorded in company and use company network then recording nothings.I want to know which port connected the device and the server?
The device connects to TouchTest server over port 80 and 443 if you are looking for information regarding recording using TouchTest. If you are recording http/https traffic on your device then conductor acts as a proxy server and device will be connected to conductor proxy server on port 4440.

Useing the company network to recording ,touchtest agent can connect to the server and can click record button ,the button is turn red.but when i operate the device，recording nothing。

there is no logs,this happens in a customer's network environment,the phone is the customer's,So i want to know the mobile operating through what protocol or port is uploaded to the server? and the action displayed in the browser through what protocol or port to obtained from the server?
