Exclude objects with short TTL from Resource Optimizer

working with previous versions of Resource Optimizer we have got the advise to exclude objects with TTL<2h from RO scope. Without excluding them we had all kind of weird response times, all due to one or several timeouts in RO before it understood it needed to serve the original file.

With Adaptive Acceleration 2.0 introduced the RO behavior is now part of A2, and it requires somewhat more configuration to exclude those TTL<2h objects.

I just wanted to see if you guys have also updated RO behavior so it is a bit smarter, e.g. objects with TTL<2h not eligible for RO automagically?
