Q: I am a Premium Customer, how many free seats are offered along with this package?


A: Unlimited free seats are available to attend Global Classroom Training.


Q: What other support packages offer free/discounted seats for classroom trainings?


A: For Priority, Name Enhanced SLA & Enhanced SLA


Q: What kind of training is available?


A: Global Classroom Training & Onsite Training


Q: Is this course associated with a certification?


A: Yes, upon completion of the course and quiz, you will receive a certificate titled 'Akamai Certified *COURSE NAME* Administrator.'


Q: I’m not sure which course to register for, whom should I call?


A: Please call your Akamai Account Representative.


Q: Where can I read more about Akamai University courses?


A: Go to www.akamai.com/training


Q: What is the cost of each course?


A: $2,000 USD per participant for 2 days.


Q: I cannot find the location of choice for the course I wish to attend in your training calendar. What should I do?


A: Ask for one!  Send an email to university@akamai.com.


Q: Can I distribute the course content to a friend of mine who has not attended the training?


A: No.  This is Akamai property and must not be distributed.
