What-if for Multiple Conversion and Revenue Metrics, Including Session Length and Duration

As of mPulse 57.0.25, you can choose any revenue or conversion metric that you have configured in the What-if Dashboard filter.

For Conversion metrics, in addition to a custom metric, Session Length and Session Duration are now available by default as options in the dashboard. Note that the Number data type for conversion is not supported.

To see Revenue metrics in the filter dropdown of the What-if Dashboard, you must have at least one Currency or one Number metric configured for your app.

 

Example

  1. Go to Central > Apps.
  1. Double click your app to open the advanced configuration window.

  1. Go to the Metrics tab. Create 2 metrics, one as a revenue and one as a conversion.

View the Percentage and Revenue Metrics on the What-if Dashboard

1- Open your What-if Dashboard.

Initially, the metrics that you see are either the first custom metric or the previously selected metric.

2- Select the conversion metric that you have created. In this example, it is Conversion

TIP 1:  You can choose the Session Length and Session Duration metrics in the Conversion metrics dropdown menu.
TIP 2:- The Conversion Metric and the Revenue Metric checkboxes have been removed from the Metrics tab.

 

3- Select the revenue metric that you have created. In this example, it is OrderTotal.

 

 

 

Note that you can change the Filters by clicking on the Triangle icon that is located on the right side of the metric.
