You can now see recently fired alerts and their cause on the home page. You can maximize the screen area to visualize details, and click the "GO TO ALERT CONFIGURATION" link at the bottom of the screen to navigate directly to the alert configuration.
You have the following action depending on how the alert was configured:
- Send to PagerDuty
- Send to Slack
Click on the alert incident to see details, such as the Notify User example below:
As of mPulse 57, you have a new user experience for the home page.
When you log into mPulse, you now see the new home page, which contains a list of recent objects, quick links, and recently fired reports and alerts.
To access mPulse Central and the classic user experience, click the Continue on to mPulse button located on the top left side of the screen.
Click the User button on the top right side of the screen to access account settings, tenant, logout, about, resources, support, and chat.
Update quick links, which you can show or hide by using the edit button. Note that if the icon is greyed out , then it is already showing in the Quick Links section.
Resize widgets by dragging on the edges.
Change the widget order by hovering over the tittle of the widget to change the mouse pointer, then you can drag and drop to the new location.
Add or remove widgets by clicking on the Edit Widgets button. Note that if the placeholder is greyed out , then it is already showing on the screen.
How To Turn Off Home Page
lf you do not want to see the home page, you can turn it off by on your setting.
1- Go to Central > My Settings.
2- Click Don't show home page on each page load button.
