mPulse Beacon Domain Change

You may have noticed a change to the mPulse beacon domain. The beacon has been renamed to This change was necessary to make sure that you have the best, most scalable, secure, and high performance solution possible on Akamai's platform.


How to find them
To make it easier for you to find these requests, here are some simple instructions. Using Chrome, under the Network tab, make sure the Regex checkbox is checked and you've selected "All" requests. Then, in the filter bar enter the string mpulse|akstat and reload the page to filter for the boomerang, config, and beacon requests.  The example in the image below is from
